Photos: Father Michał Czyżewski, Pastor at Corpus Christi, visits Our Lady of Hope School

Polish Month at the Our Lady of Hope School at Saint Luke’s Mission of Mercy, located at 325 Walden, Buffalo. Father Michał Czyżewski, Pastor at Corpus Christi, was invited (Tuesday , April 17th ) to share some History and Customs of Poland. Father pray with students and explained the tradition of the Easter Egg and sharing of Oplatek at Christmas. The children then broke the wafers together. There was plenty of singing and dancing too!

This was great time and opportunity to share with young generation about traditions from Poland.

Come to our 120th Anniversary Mass on April 22nd

Corpus Christi Church, located at 199 Clark Street, one block east of the Broadway Market, would cordially like to invite anyone who was affiliated with our parish over the last 120 years to a Mass of Celebration on April 22nd, at 10:00. There’s plenty of parking and the Church is handicap accessible. If you were a student, teach, religious, parishioner, married, baptized or received any sacrament here, please come and celebrate with us. We would love to share our happiness with you.
