<\/p>\nOn Wednesday, October 16, 2019 Corpus Christi Parish ( 199 Clark St. Buffalo) hosted author Janusz M. Szlechta and his daughter Justyna U. Wieczorek. \u00a0Szlechta is the editor of the NYC Polish Newspaper \u201cNowy Dziennik\u201d. He presented Fr. Michal Czyzewski with two of his most recent publications. His first, \u201cUlica W\u0142\u00f3czeg\u00f3w\u201d highlights the lives and struggles of countless homeless Polish people surviving on the streets of United State. \u00a0\u201cOswajanie Ameryki\u201d features a segment about our Corpus Christi Church and our beautiful Disputa.\u00a0 We would like to extend our gratitude to Janusz M. Szlechta for his powerful work and activism for Polonia. We wish him and his daughter, through the intercession of Our Lady of Czestochowa safe journey and success.<\/p>\n
